Sōji Home stores all your habit data, streaks, and preferences locally on your device. We do not have a server. We do not collect your data. We do not track you.
We collect nothing. All habit completions, streak history, and app preferences are stored on your device using local on-device storage. This data never leaves your phone.
We have no user accounts, no backend server, and no database.
RevenueCat handles subscription management. When you purchase a Premium subscription, the transaction is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat receives purchase history and subscription status to verify your entitlements. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.
Apple App Store and Google Play process all payments. Their respective privacy policies govern that data.
We do not use any analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking pixels.
Sōji Home can send you local reminders (morning, evening, and optional mindset nudges). These are generated entirely on your device by iOS or Android. We do not operate a notification server and never send push notifications from our own infrastructure.
The sojihome.app website does not use tracking cookies or analytics. The contact form on our support page sends your message to us via Resend. We use that information only to reply to your enquiry and do not store it beyond what is necessary to respond.
Sōji Home is rated 9+ on the App Store and is intended for general audiences. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from users of any age.
If you subscribe to the Sōji Home newsletter via our journal page, we collect your email address for the sole purpose of sending you occasional essays on Japanese home philosophy. We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to manage this list. See Kit's privacy policy for details of how they handle your data.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. On unsubscribing, your address is removed from our list.
If we update this policy, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the change. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
